TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE YOUR APFA5 MANUSCRIPT
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 
1. The manuscript must be submitted (after presentation at APFA5)  by 30 July 2006.
 
2. The manuscript will undergo a standard referral process.
 
3. The Conference Proceedings will be published in a special issue of an International Journal.

4. The manuscript must be about 10 pages long  typed in the REVTEX PREPRINT format. 


5. If your paper contains figures, please include  the figures in the .pdf and in the .tex version of 
the manuscript.  

5.a Both the .tex and .pdf files of the manuscript must be submitted together with 
the .eps  original files of the figures, exclusively by email to apfa5@polito.it.  

5.b Only B/W figures will be accepted. An extra charge to be paid by the author applies for color figures.
 
5.c Before sending the manuscript  to 
apfa5@polito.it, the authors must have uploaded the manuscript at the e-Print archive http://arxiv.org/ . 
The reason is that we intend to create a direct link from the Conference web-site 
http://www.polito.it/apfa5  to the e-Print arXiv http://arxiv.org/  to allow the prompt and widest diffusion
of the original results presented at the Conference. 
 
 

6. When sending your manuscript to apfa5@polito.it, please use:
 
6.a Subject of your email: Last Name of the Corresponding Author and Number identifying the 
article in the e-Print archive.
 
Example: If the author name is "John Mibtel"  and the Number is "0609888",  the subject of the email will be Mibtel  physics/0609888

6.b  Body of your email:  
a) Title of the manuscript
b) Full Name of the corresponding author (John Mibtel) 
c) Full Address (including fax number and email)  of the corresponding author
d) Abstract of the manuscript
e) PAcs numbers
f) Keywords (min 3 /max 5)

6.c The files attached to your email must be named as follows:
a) CorrespondingAuthorLastName.tex
b) CorrespondingAuthorLastName.pdf
c) CorrespondingAuthorLastNameFig1.eps
d) CorrespondingAuthorLastNameFig2.eps
e) CorrespondingAuthorLastNameFig3.eps
