Fluorescence Microscope
The Leica DM-LM microscope is equipped with:
- a Hg vapours lamp (50W)
- a DFC340 FX digital camera which allows dark and light objects (monochrome) to be recorded and evaluated
within the same image
- a suitable combination of band pass filters allows detecting selectively fluorescent markers in high variety of
samples for general biology and specific life science:
the L5 combination filters for fluorescein-conjugated biomolecules is mounted
