Francesco Ricceri is a Ph.D. student working in the area of wastewater reclamation and reuse, membrane processes coupled with renewable energy sources, and extraction of valuable resources from wastewater streams. He graduated as Masters’ student in December 2016 in Environmental Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. During his Master, he spent five months at VSCHT in Prague within the framework of the Erarmus Programme and he then developed his thesis participating at the project “Graphene-based membranes for Nanofiltration” at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia, under the supervision of the Prof. Alberto Tiraferri and Prof. Peng Wang.
Subseqently, he worked at Me.Te srl, collaborating in the realization of an AgroBox prototype for pesticide’s removal using membranes.
