Ph.D. Student
Marco Malaguti obtained the Laurea Triennale (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) in environmental engineering from Università degli Studi di Ferrara in October 2019 and his Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to Master of Science) in environmental engineering from Politecnico di Torino in October 2021.
He developed his Master’s research thesis under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Tiraferri and Engr. Francesco Ricceri investigating microalgae biomass concentration and growth solution recovery with ceramic membrane filtration.
Starting November 2021 he is a 37th cycle Ph.D. student in the field of membrane processes for water and wastewater treatments focusing on sustainable zero liquid discharge (ZLD) solutions and their integration with renewable energy sources.
