La sua tesi di laurea magistrale, sotto la supervisione della professoressa Tiziana Tosco, ha riguardato lo studio di trasporto di soluti in mezzi porosi saturi e insaturi, effettuando test di trasporto sia in colonna che con un lisimetro da laboratorio.
