La sua attivit\u00e0 di ricerca si concentra sull\u2019analisi del trasporto\ndi nanoparticelle nei mezzi porosi, con particolare attenzione alla caratterizzazione, alla parte\nsperimentazione in laboratorio e alla modellazione numerica in condizioni sia sature che\ninsature. In particolare, in laboratorio esegue esperimenti di trasporto in colonna di\nnanoparticelle sia di origine organica che inorganica, per studiare i meccanismi che regolano la\nloro mobilit\u00e0 e ritenzione nei suoli e in altri tipi di mezzi porosi.
