He holds a PhD in Land and Environmental Engineering (2012), earned at Politecnico di Torino, under the supervision of prof. Rajandrea Sethi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">His research activity is focused on numerical modelling of contaminant and heat transport in porous media applied to the protection, remediation, and sustainable energy use of groundwater. He is currently the PI for the PITER Alpimed INNOV project (2019-2022), funded by the EU program INTERREG-Alcotra, which is aimed at improving the environmental sustainability of ski resorts and agricultural activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">He has over 10 years of experience in groundwater consultancy projects concerning large infrastructures, contaminated sites, and landfills.
