          Dr.Tinebra studies the capacity of physical infrastructures to rebound after severe earthquakes             by defining Resilience Index; in particular he focuses on water pipelines.

        Dr.Tinebra has collaborated with Consorzio di Bonifica 6 of Enna, where he has studied and                 modelled the behavior of natural channels by using HEC-RAS software.
