Professor G. Staffilani (Department of Mathematics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) will visit the Philofluid Group at the Politecnico di Torino in July 2012.
On Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 3.30 pm, in the Aula Magna of the Politecnico di Torino, Prof. Staffilani will give the second "MITOR colloquia" with the title Dispersive equations and their role beyond PDE. The collaboration between MIT and POLITO in the framework of the MITOR initiative refers specifically to the project "Long-term interaction in fluid systems" and was initiated by Prof. Staffilani and Prof. Daniela Tordella from DIMEAS.
