LES of compressible flows: PLUTO module

The filtered equations for a compressible flows are solved by means of the PLUTO finite volume code, the LES module includes the additional subroutines for the computation for the computation of the subgrid terms. (see CPC 2007 and CPC 2013). This module has been written for PLUTO 3.0, so that the full PLUTO 3.0 code is included in the files.
