Mario Passanti
was born in Rosario di Santa Fé, Argentina in 1901 and died in Turin in 1972. Passanti was architect, researcher, artist and teacher in History of Architecture and Elements of Architecture at the university of Architecture in Turin.
In 1968 Passanti was committed to study intervention criteria in Turin historical downtown.
At a design level, in 1928 he implemented the entrance door next to Valentino in co-operation with G. Protto. In addition, in Turin Passanti designed some civil inhabitance buildings located at via Rome, the Place of Technical Offices of the Municipality (1957), the Piedmont pavilion for Italia '61.
His architectonic production does not limit to Turin only, but Passanti worked also in Chivasso, Sestrieres, Asti and Varigotti.
