The project foresaw the study, the realisation and the validation of a tool to test an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) with a rated power of 15 kW based on a fuel cell system for the installation on a yacht. Besides, the project foresaw a feasibility study of the fuel cell system for the supply of a power rates comprised in the range 600-1000 kW and dedicated to the propulsion of yachts in the class up to 18m.
