October 2017	Creation of “EU Research & Innovation shaping a greener future” platform for WeCARE partners. PhD day: presentation of researches of PhD students Lorena Zichella and Oliviero Baietto on: “Natural stone muds as secondary raw materials: towards a new sustainable recovery process” and: “PCOM quantitative determination of NOA (Naturally Occurring Asbestos) in rock: assessment of errors”.
September 2016	Start of activity of WeCARE Commitment composed by 10 partners by different European countries among which there is the Raw Material group of Politecnico di Torino with the objective to develop clean and sustainable technologies for the production of Secondary Raw Materials (SRM) from wastes and by-products in the construction industry, focusing on wastes from natural stones machining and construction demolition. https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/eip-raw-materials/en/call-commitments
