Since 1996, the direction of the school was entrusted to prof. Massimo Foti, then the prof. Nuccia Maritano Comoglio.
From 2003 to 2014, the school has given way to the Course in “Habitat, technology and development” (HTD).
During the years many others people cooperated with the team, the common thread in time has been a constant attention to the issues of habitat and development in research, teaching, testing in the lab, looking for a convergence between the ideal choices and  the operational field.
