The Leica DM-LM microscope is equipped with:

• a Hg vapours lamp (50W)
• a DFC340 FX digital camera which allows dark and light objects (monochrome) to be recorded and evaluated within the same image
• a suitable combination of band pass filters allows detecting selectively fluorescent markers in high variety of samples for general biology and specific life science

-      the L5  filters combination for fluorescein-conjugated biomolecules is mounted
