The cleanroom hosts three chemical benches respectively devoted to:

• lithography (optical, and direct laser writing): resist spinning, baking and development steps (class 100)
• wet etching and cleaning of semiconductors and dielectrics (class 1000)
• wet etching and cleaning of metals and Si anisotropic etching (gray area)
